Consultant Occupational Therapist
Jeff Padvaiskas has been consulting with Progressive Rehab for over 10 years, providing work capacity evaluation and cost of future care assessments. Over the years Jeff has also been responsible for ergonomic assessments, job demands analysis, return to work supports and community based rehabilitation. Prior to joining Progressive Rehab Jeff worked as a Rehab Coordinator for the IWA – Forest Industry LTD Plan. He has completed a graduate degree in Occupational & Environmental Hygiene. Jeff has also made numerous ergonomic presentations to employers/industry groups and has been a guest lecturer at UBC.
Qualifications & Memberships:
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC
• Member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
• Graduate of the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Medicine, School of Rehabilitation Medicine (Occupational Therapy) and received a M.Sc. in Occupational and Environmental Hygiene)
• Diploma in Functional Capacity Evaluation form University of Florida
• Completed Roy Matheson and Associates Industrial Rehabilitation Ergonomic Evaluation Program and Cost of Future Care Evaluation, and Blankenship Functional Capacity Evaluation Training
• Approved provider for WorkSafeBC FCE’s
• Qualified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia
