Consultant Occupational Therapist
Gary Worthington-White has over 10 years experience consulting with Progressive Rehab. He brings a kinesiology background as well as his occupational therapy training to his client’s rehabilitation programs. He provides rehab to clients with traumatic brain injury, complex orthopaedic injuries and amputations. He has performed hundreds of job site assessments and job demands analyses across a full range of industries. Gary also performs work capacity evaluations and cost of future care assessments for medical legal purposes. He has contributed to the development of industry specific pre-employment functional evaluations for employers.

• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC
• Member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
• Graduate of the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Medicine, School of Rehabilitation Medicine (Occupational Therapy)
• Graduate of Simon Fraser University (Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology)
• Diploma in Functional Capacity Evaluation form University of Florida
• Completed Roy Matheson and Associates Industrial Rehabilitation Functional Capacity Evaluation Program and Isernhagen Work Systems training
• Approved provider for WorkSafeBC FCEs
• Qualified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia
